To ensure clarity, fairness, and ethical exchange, please review our refund policy below.

Digital Products, Creative Assets & Media Files

All digital goods—including design files, downloadable templates, audio/visual media, production assets, and branded materials—are non-refundable once delivered or accessed.

Because these products provide immediate value, contain proprietary creative work, and often include editable or source files, we cannot offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations after delivery.

If you have questions about whether a digital product is the right fit, please reach out before purchasing. We’re here to guide you.

Custom Design, Branding & Production Services

Our custom creative services—including branding, graphic design, layout, video editing, audio work, and production support—are non-refundable once the project has begun.

This includes:

• Concept development

• Initial creative drafts

• Design rounds or revisions

• Any portion of the creative process already completed

Deposits and retainers are non-refundable.
They reserve your time in our schedule and support the initial stages of creative development.

If you need to pause or reschedule your project, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your timeline within reason.

Physical Deliverables (Books, Prints, Products, or Merch)

Due to the custom and often made-to-order nature of our physical products, all sales are final once the item has been printed, produced, or shipped.

However, if your order arrives:

• damaged

• defective

• incomplete

please email connect@mothertreeresources.com within 7 business days of delivery with photos and a description of the issue.
We will gladly offer a replacement or correction.

Consultations, Creative Direction & Strategy Sessions

Fees for consultation calls, creative direction sessions, brand visioning, and media strategy meetings are non-refundable.

Your session time is held exclusively for you.

If you need to reschedule, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance, and we will happily move your appointment to a new date.
